• Other Cities: 2–6 business days 

• Same-Day Delivery (Cairo & Giza Only):

Order Check at Delivery:

Customers can check their order when the courier delivers it, before confirming receipt.

• Returns accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping fees.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the return is approved.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be transferred to any digital wallet or bank account. 

  ❌ Non-Returnable Items

  For hygiene and safety reasons, the following accessories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flatback piercings

  • All types of body piercing jewelry

  • Customized products
